Dr. Casey Villhauer, PharmD
Founder & CEO
Dr. Villhauer is a pharmacist whose work focuses on modernizing pharmacy practice, eliminating barriers to health resources, and improving the pharmacist-patient relationship. She has experience working with small and large pharmacy chains, developing public health education, and practicing as a Board of Pharmacy Specialities Board Certified pharmacist.
Dr. Villhauer is a member of the Iowa Pharmacy Association, Iowa Public Health Association, and the American Pharmacist Association.

Licensing
Vaxi Taxi is an independently owned and operated pharmacy licensed by the Iowa Board of Pharmacy. Immunizers are licensed pharmacists in the state of Iowa operating under the Iowa Board of Pharmacy Immunization Statewide Protocol pursuant to Iowa Code 155A.56. Vaxi Taxi adheres to the immunization guidelines, best practices, and reporting set forth by the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Prevention Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), and the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). Vaxi Taxi is registered with the Iowa Immunization Registration Information System (IRIS), National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), and recognized as a National Provider by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Vaxi Taxi is insured by Pharmacist Mutual Insurance Companies.
